Fortnight off.

With Matt, James and Derron going snowboarding there is a two week period where I would be running alone.

I have set up some sponsorship which is over £200 pounds now and I was meant to be having my pre op metal insertions yesterday, but I bottled it once I was up on the table.

Hope I don't get too fat in the interim.

Well, we missed our junction and went straight on to Thorverton, then took a junction too early and went back doen the way we came. At Branford Speke we stopped for half a dozen Jelly babies and by the time we got to Cowley Bridge the very idea of running up the University hill was appalling. We walked the last stretch, but then we had gone a lot further than we intended and we still ran thirteen and a half miles, before walking the last three.

I am exhausted and Matt's knee if giving him jip. Added to this it turns out that we didn't lock the office last night, though God knows how that hapened, so there's trouble at work too.

Lah, de, dah.

A bridge too far.

We have decided to go North West out of the city today, but this does pose some small problems. Crossing the Exe to the North of Cowley Bridge shows a distinct lack of options. The first bridge we know of is at Netherexe, which leaves us with the very shortest route we can find being this 23km jaunt

Well, let us hope that we survive it, hey?

Number Nine.

Just a quick three and a half miles. We meant to do this yesterday, but Me and Jim have been ill since before new year's eve.

Just Matt and I and very late in the evening, but a comfortable and quick run.
